Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our returns process below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at social@eleveil.com to initiate your return.
- Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to defects or incorrect items, return shipping is free.
- For other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
