  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at an additional cost)

Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $79.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at social@eleveil.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. Fees are determined by your local customs authority.

Orders to Canada typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please allow extra time for customs processing.
